Hezbollah Alleges Fifty-One Strikes on Israeli Targets

(MENAFN) Lebanon’s Hezbollah announced on Wednesday that it carried out 51 attacks against Israeli positions, employing rockets, drones, and artillery shells to target settlements, military bases, gatherings, forces, and vehicles.

The group described the operations as being “in defense of Lebanon and its people,” in response to ongoing Israeli strikes on the country since March 2.

Hezbollah’s rockets reportedly caused damage to buildings and vehicles in the northern Israeli settlement of Kiryat Shmona.

Videos circulated following the attacks showed smoke rising above damaged structures and cars in the settlement. One report noted, “direct damage was inflicted on a building in Kiryat Shmona following rocket fire from Lebanon.”
